Wellbeing and Mental Fitness

The Problem

Across the UK, many people are becoming increasingly disconnected from nature, and this is now recognised as having a real impact on mental health and wellbeing. Loneliness, stress and anxiety remain widespread, with over 1 in 5 adults reporting regular feelings of loneliness. At the same time, access to green space is uneven, meaning many individuals—particularly in urban and supported care settings—have limited opportunity for meaningful time in nature, despite its known benefits.

The Solution

Wildlife Hides and Surveys bridges this gap by creating structured, supported and accessible opportunities to reconnect with nature in a meaningful way. Using purpose-built wildlife hides, we deliver calm, engaging and flexible sessions that support wellbeing, education and confidence building for a wide range of people and needs. Whether it is a quiet moment of reflection, a guided learning experience, or a hands-on wildlife session, we use nature as a tool to improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen learning, and create positive shared experiences
